For those that care, and so I don't have to type it up later, on his lookup:
He's been "cursed/mutated" by a certain (soon to be created) hissi, and has been rid of all real "intellect" so he's basically just a wacky...hrm...mindless dog.
Hunts to have fun, not to eat...that kind of stuff.
And his feet "disintegrate" as he picks them up to walk, and he can make them into whatever form he wants...
So, as he's basically an idiot at this point, he can be stupid and wobble around on lengthy stilt-legs or give himself bird-feet.
Or Grenade launchers. Those are good too.
